Copenhagen 12/2 2026. 44 cl ca from A Good Case web-shop. red can with a looming Cobra snake getting ready to strike. Fearsome.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a tart scent of citrus. Mango and peach. Whiff of fermented fruit. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor iis medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while, Finish is quite dry.
Nice but not exactly fearsome.

440ml can from Asda supermarket, Peterborough (£2.50):
Hazy golden, a 2.5cm head that's thick & foamy with some bubbles on the sides. Dank & floral, light pine & tropical notes but relatively subtle overall. Again not overly pronounced but a nice mix of floral hops, resinous pine & stone fruits coming through on top a smooth, medium body - quite balanced & fresh too.
