Copenhagen 21/22026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. A pink and shining mansion enjoying the sunrise on the can. A new castle indeed.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Frothy. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of ripe stone fruits soon overpowered by sharp citrus fruit. Peach and apricots. Grapefruit and sour citrus. Acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick oil, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart and sour streak. Finish is dry
A tart and dry new castle.
