First brasilian fruity beer I have. It has a hazy (specially in the bottom) ocher color and a big, but light foam - kind of persistant.
Smell in the head is basically raspeberrys, it's acetic and reminds me of sour juices. Some hints of pineapple and blackberries can be found.
Taste is also spicy, some coriander notes. It gets mor difficult to distinguish the fruity tones, but it is definitely fruity.
Feel is kind of normal.. it shuold be even more sour I guess..

Tupiniquim pushes Brazil's bounderies of craft beer by adding two new fruit beers based off a light farmhouse ale. Framboesa is Portuguese for raspberry, and this beer was presented from a 310 ml bottle. On to the beer:
Wow, this beer looks almost white, it's so pale. paler than pee yellow, and topped with a soapy head which shows good signs of head retention. The aroma has a funky aspect, plus the mild addition of tart raspberries. When I heard the name, I thought this would be strong with the fruit. Quite the opposite in fact. Framboesa actually squeezes a mild dose of the fruit into this farmhouse ale. A mild rustic saison plus a dose of mild raspberries and you get this beer. It's light bodied, very bubbly and tonic-like with the carbonation.
I hoped for a little more fruit, but I liked what I had here.
