Tupiniquim must have some of the friendliest people in the business. Still in its infancy, it has managed to take on a number of collaborations with Evil Twin, plus Stillwater. Served on-tap at Pub Escondido, CA, on to the beer:
A short cream head sits on top this cloudy blonde ale. The aroma is right; there'as a modest pinch of funk, candied pineapple, and vague spice. I don't know if there's anything tropical about this saison, because it tastes like a normal saison. But it is good. Light notes hits the palate with lemon, funk, grass and hops. Given a light body and easy carbonation, this is a solid American-Brazilian saison.
