Had on tap at the Pig & Fiddle, this is a lacto-soured wheat Saison.
A: Gold with a slight chill haze, very finely bubbled white foam cap.
S: A peach and cherry nose with traces of lemon and white bread.
T: Follows the nose with a peach cherry blend seasoned with lemon, light sweetness, light grains. The tartness is there but not big.
M: Medium body and medium average carbonation. The lactobacillus gives the body a pleasant softness.
O: a very easy to drink saison with a light tartness that provides interest.
