A blend of two different barrel-fermented mixed culture beers with grapefruit (Ctirus Paradisi) puree, and fresh (hand squeezed, just ask us about it) lemon and orange juice. Bright, funky, and sour.

Musty, herbal, fruity nose. Grapefruit peel, passion fruit, juicy fruit gum. Fresh apples. Earthy, damp basement aroma. Bright, bubblegum, almost spearmint-like. Bright citrus character contrasts with earthy, funky notes.
It's a gusher. Murky, with globules of sediment perhaps fruit pectin? Heavily carbonated, but not much in the way of head retention or lacing. It's honestly not appealing to look at, but it has other things going for it, for sure.
Bright citrus and acidity upfront with balancing bitter grapefruit peel. Pomelo, chamomile, juicy fruits. Bracing acidity. Wet wood, forest floor.
High carbonation, light body. Tons of acidity, incredibly dry. Somewhat tannic. Juicy, mouthwatering.
Solid sour beer. It's awfully pricey, but I can imagine they spent quite a bit of money on all the fruit that went into this beer.
