Pours a clear, dark yellow colour. Smells like a funky, sour yuzu. Tastes tart upfront, then sweet citrus fruits, with a musky/earthy light finish, with a hint of clementine.

Smells like a funky, hoppy, tart Saison - nice. Taste is similar, with lemon tartness, farmhouse Brett, citrus and wheat. Nice light, dry and tart body. My only complaint is this tastes more like a Kettle Sour (instead of Barrel-aged) than Bricoleur 2, which can be slightly off-putting.
