this is delicious, but it sure doesnt look that good, with a super milky thick pour from the tap, way past hazy to the sloppy realm, not sure why everyone is in love with this look lately no matter what the style, but i think its unflattering, too raw, and looking incomplete or something. thats where my critique stops, the rest of the experience of this dry hopped wild beer is awesome. light on the grain side of things despite appearance, and with a cool mix of funk and tanginess that really makes this pretty unique. a newer, less developed brett strain or couple of strains lends a nice fruitiness to this, underripe strawberry, pear, and peach come to mind, and the bacterial bit adds a citrus pop, nice combination despite the relative lack of maturity. i really like the dry hopping, not sure what varietals are used, but i get honeydew melon, orange, white wine, and even a squeeze of lime, very summery and delicious, and as flavorful as it is aromatic. is there a little new oak on this? seems it. all this brings me back to why it has to be all thick and gross. even fine carbonation cant bring it back for me from this sloppy realm. clean it up even a little bit, and this thing is a total winner.

White head. Straw yellow color with haze.
This one tastes like grapes, tannins, white wine and oak. Lightly sour and light tartness. Lemon citrus.
Light bodied. Dry. Clean.
A very enjoyable sour. I like the fruit with this one even though I don't think they used any.

Pours a hazy light golden yellow color with nice head and lacing. Smell is brett and wheat and wood. Some floral hops mixes well with notes of wood and spice and grass. mouth feel is crisp clean spritzy with lemon/wheat and a nice dry finish. Taste like a table beer with some saison qualities ,tasty and drinkable.

Aroma of Brett, citrus and light sour notes. Taste is driven by Brett, more so than the previous Bricoleur beers. More flavors come through at the end of each sip, such as oak, pepper, citrus and vinegar. Nice dry, crisp and slightly sour finish, but the carbonation is little too tingly. Nice Brett-driven beer.
