Pours a mostly clear yellow color with a finger width foamy head that quickly dissipates. Lacing very mild. Sour white grapes on the aroma. Maye some pear and apple. Very sour white grape and apple taste. Not sure if I get pear on the taste. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Hazy yellow in color. Faint aromas overall; mostly funky with oaky, woody apple notes. Tastes juicy and fresh, acidic, with a lactobacillus-tart finish, oak notes from the barrels.
Balanced and crisp, yet dry and tart.

Can from Oliver's, Albany, NY.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was slightly pale woody yellow color with a sly cap of white foamy head that swiftly died off. Some light speckled lace.
The aroma had some green apple, pear and a slight tickle of apple cider vinegar. Subtle grassy touch underneath.
The flavor leaned towards the sour side and had a slight tart apple skin trying to come in delicately. Slight apple cider vinegar and green apple aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. The 'sour' isn't distracting but perky enough to fit the style. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt on par. Good green apple and apple cider vinegar sort of finish with a touch of sweetness.
Overall, pretty nice American wild ale but o would be more inclined to drink again preferably in the Summer.
