Pours out a very hazy yellow color with a medium white head on top. Strong hop smell with notes of citrus and malt. Taste is very malty and smooth.

This one looks amazing, with perfect head retention. but smells a bit off, with some off flavors as well…canned only a month ago?! Is there too much crystal malt in this one? Perfect bitterness and mouthfeel.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy, pale golden straw with a small foamy head. Light, dry grainy aroma. Taste is light citrusy notes, sweet, citrus peel, lemon, orange, grapefruit. Smooth, soft, bitterness lingers.

A slight update from the original collab, changing out Cryo Columbus hops for cryptic Simcoe. From the Fair State website: “ Yippie-kai-yay, we wanted to make a beer with Barrel Theory because they’re friends and they are well-known for making hazy IPAs, and those are two super cool things that we appreciate. Mister Falcon is a DDH Hazy IPA with Strata, Citra, and Simcoe Cryo hops. A nice balance of fruity and dank, sweet but not overbearing, low bitterness.” Very nice NEIPA.

Ok, maybe this is best to have fresh at the brewery. I found it at a local pizza place down the road from my house in Texas. While a good beer, I am surprised to see it rated so highly.
In any event, I had this beer poured from tap into a shaker pint. Hazy yellow color with good head and lacing. Nice citrus and pineapple smell and taste. It was pleasantly citrusy. Smooth feel. It was good but seemed a bit run of the mill.
