From a 16oz can. No date on the can, but there was on the 4 pack holder. I am not going through the trash to find it.
Slightly murky golden pouring beer in my glass. Tons of small carbonation bubbles are rising in the glass. There's a fluffy 2 finger white head to this beer that has great head retention, and some great lacing is left on the glass. Looks great.
The aroma is where things start to turn for me. I am not getting any pine hop bitterness. All I get is a very dank aroma, and it isn't very pleasing.
Taste - Dank is a good word for it. I am just getting a very dank flavor. There's some bitterness on the backside, but a very weedy dank flavor is the star of the show here, and it is not pleasing to me.
The feeling is ok. There is some clingy feelings in this beer. It does stick. The bitterness on the back lingers.
I have had this beer before I reviewed it today. I saw west coast, but the can art should have told me to stay away. If you're into dank beers that rip your taste buds with dank, this is a good beer for you, just not for me.

Robustly flavored big-hop brew. Pours a clear amber with plenty of foam in the tall Petrus goblet. Aroma of apricot and melon with lemon cake in the nose. Juicy fruity taste with everything from Hawaiian Punch to a hint of banana. Moderate sweetness with an orange rind finish. Bitter aftertaste with the fruit lingering long. Overall this is a big one with satisfying complex flavors. From the 16 oz can dated 10/05/25.

Poured from a can into my Transient glass with a thick layered cap of foam, bierstadt lagerhaus style.
There’s a slight dank note to this, balanced out with a tropical sweetness—pineapple adjacent hops come to mind. The sip follows with more of a sticky icky character emerging and lingering on the palate.

No canned on date. Poured into a tapered glass mug.
A: Mildly hazy gold with 1-2 finger white head with good retention and sheets of lacing.
S: Slight oxidation aroma with herbal, pine spiked hop aroma and light pale malt note
T: Flavor also slightly oxidized candy flavor with generic fruity hop flavor. Light bitterness. Not very dank as advertised.
M: Light and drinkable with even carbonation and dry finish.
O: Big Doinks probably not at its freshest - but who knows?

Pours a gold color with a foamy white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of tropical fruits and floral notes. Taste is floral and grasses and is on the hoppy side. Crisp and dry

Surprised to see this on tap here at Belmont Station in PDX. In any event..
The beer pours a golden amber color with good head retention and lacing. So far so good. On the nose, I'm not getting the huge dank aroma I was expecting from the name and site description of this IPA. There is some dank aroma, coupled with onion, light pine and light tropical fruit, but I wouldn't call the aroma hugely dank. Regardless, it still smells pretty good. On the palate, this beer is actually quite good, and it actually does come across as a pretty dank IPA. Flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely in this well crafted WCIPA, and I appreciate the dry, bitter finish. Mouth feel is medium bodied, but there's plenty of flavor in this well made IPA. Alcohol is well integrated into the flavor profile, and the finish is dry, clean and moderately bitter.
This is a very well made WCIPA by this new to me brewery. Pretty impressive IPA.

I am trying this beer off the tapper at Grizzlybird Brewery as a guest tap as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had a skunk hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base with bitter citrus presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
