Poured from a 16 oz can into a witbier glass.
Pours a cloudy gold. Darker than a classic wit, but not as dark as say a Blue Moon or other macro approach. It gradually clears from bottom to top throughout the drink. A nice fluffy head, but not the classic rocky look.
The brew presents wheat, lemon, grapefruit, and spice aromas, with an elusive sweet note.
The brew skews sweet on the palate for the style. It starts with a bit of grainy tart wheat and zesty yeast, but some unexpected bready and malty notes arrive with the corriander and white pepper notes at the finish. As a result, it finishes with a bit less crispness than expected.
The brew is medium-light. Well carbonated and very drinkable.
Above average for the style, but not up to this brewer's usual standard.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of spices, wheat and some fruitiness. It tasted of lemon, coriander, wheat and toasted bread.

A little weak on the Belgian wheat end of the spectrum. Probably needed to add the lime and grapefruit to give it some flavor. Just a weak effort from an otherwise strong brewery.

Zoot! pours a hazierish yellow color, with not much head. Nice sweet aroma, nice spice. Flavor is very creamy, crisp, with a nice subtle, but full sweet sugary spice notes. Good body and feel. Overall, very refreshing, drinkable, great spice notes.
