Beach Umbrella pours a hazy bright yellow color, with not much head. Aroma is sweet, hints of rum, coconut, lime and pineapple. Flavor is sweet, and tart, lots of coconut mixed in with lots of pineapple and orange, hints of lime. Great body and feel. Overall, very tropical sour beer, loaded with fruit, says its a tropical cocktail ale, and it really is!

One of those Wow beers that makes me write a review
Poured from tap into a Duchesse 25cl wine glass at Brews Brothers Galveston
L: no head or lacing. They had to walk it out to me since they’re serving on the patio during SD. Luxurious off-light orange, hazy.
S: I downgraded only because it’s not as complex as the taste. Everything is mixed together.
T: Kaboom. Sweet citrus (not an ipa citrus!), but with the subtle spices mentioned in the official description, maybe a little Earl Grey. The complexity reminds me of Tripel Karmeliet. Sweeter than that beer, certainly, but one where you go “There’s a lot going on here!”
F: nothing interesting. Very easy and could be easy to drink too many.
O: definitely happy I had a second beer tonight. The first one was excellent (Jolly Pumpkin), but so many unusual ones on the list made me have another. This one was a hugely pleasant surprise. Memorable.

Pours a very hazy golden color with a thin foamy head. Head retention is minimal as is lacing. Has a big tropical aroma with a tartness. Juicy tropical fruit taste with a good amount of tartness at the end. Has a sandy like finish like a protein drink. Medium bodied with mild carbonation.
