This IPA collab with Cloudburst Brewing features hand-selected Citra, Citra Cryo, Idaho 7, and Columbus Cryo. Enjoy waves of pineapple, lemon-lime pithiness, a hint of a pinecone here and there, and some delectable floral and marmalade dankness.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a very hazy yellow color with a one finger head of fluffy white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading over time to leave a touch of lace on the sides of the glass
Smell – The aroma of the brew is rather strong of a yeasty and bready aroma mixed with a rather sizable amount of tangerine, mango, and papaya. Along with these aromas comes a decent showing of grapefruit and a touch of herbal and floral hop aromas.
Taste – The taste begins with a somewhat drier, but still sorta malty, cracker malt flavor that is paired with grapefruit hop and a touch of sweetness of orange, pear, and pineapple. As the taste advances forward herbal hop flavors become more potent taking over the grapefruit hop. At the same time some yeastiness and a bit of a raw hop and hay flavor develop. With a touch of a graininess and a little decrease in the sweetness, a somewhat drier hazy taste is left to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium in thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is slightly higher. For the style and the abv. the feel is pretty nice and makes for a rather easy drinking brew.
Overall – A decent, not too sweet, and moderately hop blended hazy IPA. Nothing super extraordinary, but fun to try none the less.

Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy, (25% clarity) medium and pale orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 7. (4.00)

Aroma: Moderate aromas of citrus upfront before a tropical and slightly rubbery mango note underneath. (4.00)

Flavor: Moderate flavors of leon and lime citrus upfront. Some sweet lemon and pineapple mixed with pine in the middle before more citrus to finish. Some tropical papaya mixed within. Somewhat tart and citrusy on the finish. Clean. (4.25)

Feel: Medium to lighter bodied. Moderate carbonation. Mouthfeel is clean, mild tartness lingers. (4.25)

Compared to Toppling Goliath Pseudo Sue 6/19/22: Pours darker. Darker and deeper aromas. More tart citrus lemon/lime, pineapple. Less smooth juice and malt notes.

Overall: A pretty nice session NEIPA here. Citrus lemon/lime, pineapple, hints of papaya and pine, somewhat tart but clean. Nearly a session IPA in my books. Nice flavors though. The light body is clean making this extremely drinkable. Goes down nearly too easy. (Rating: 4.18)
