Who Touched The Thermostat?! is a West Coast IPA that isn’t shy about its origins. Bitter, pithy, punchy, and big, it’s packed with Simcoe, Strata, and Mosaic hops for a blend of pine, dankness, stonefruit, citrus, and tropical aromas. It’s Dad Beer for all of us, dedicated to those enthusiasts of max IBUs and efficient use of BTUs out there.

Poured from the tap into a tulip. Pours orange yellow with a small white head. Smells of citrus and piney hops, nice mixture. Tastes of grassy and citrus hops with nice grain backbone. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

I was hoping for a good old fashioned West Coast IPA but with a hop bill of Simcoe, Strata, and Mosaic, my expectations where not well thought out. This is very fruity with notes of guava, papaya, and peach, Tastes like a smoothie I get from my local Venzuelan restraurant. A bit of dankness in the finish. I do not detect Simcoe at all. Bitterness is low to moderate. Sweetness is kept in check. I like it but I won't be returning to this beer after the 4-pack is gone.

16oz can. Can bottom is stamped with a date of 'SEP/29/22'.
Frosty, pale gold colored body. Big pillowy white head. Leaves behind rings of lacing.
Aroma has orange, grapefruit, apricot, pine, and a dank note.
Taste is sweetly bitter, with the flavors of orange, pineapple, apricot and pine. Pith and peel in the aftertaste. Dankness throughout.
Seems a little thin for mouthfeel. Excellent carbonation.
Quickly goes from sweet and bitter to pith and bitter. End of the taste profile and the aftertaste go almost to a bitter/sour place which is not very tasty.
