This hazy IPA was made to drink while reminiscing about old friends and long histories, born from a collab between Fair State and Arbeiter Brewing—friends from long before the craft beer boom. A burst of bright mandarin and zesty lime aroma is courtesy of a mountain of Citra, a splash of Idaho 7, and a pinch of Sabro, buoyed by malted oats and choice Minnesota pilsner malt. Best paired with lazy afternoons, old friends, and healthy dose of nostalgia.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Cloudy, straw colored body. Two thin fingers of white, fluffy head. After a few minutes the head becomes an interrupted cap and ring. Leaves behind extensive rings and webs of lacing.
Aroma of orange, mango, and pineapple. The smells are overripe.
Taste is sweet and hop sour. Flavors of orange, mango, green melon, pineapple, and a touch of pine and onion. Late malt emergence. Aftertaste goes more toward mango and vegetal.
More than medium mouthfeel. Some bite but minor bitterness. Sticky with a drying finish. Excellent carbonation.
It would be interesting to know when this was canned. The nose suggests overripe tropical and citrus fruit, but the flavors stay away from this and goes more earthy and herbal. ABV% is not an issue.

Aroma is fruit, hops and vanilla/relatively close to actual milk. The flavor is fruit/mild dark fruit, malts, a hint of vanilla/metallic and a grapefruit hop finish.
