Looks about the same as the regular Warsteiner from what I remember. Noticeable more hops bitterness on the aroma. Huge earthy hops dominates the taste, with some very toasty bread and kitchen spices in the background. Crisp and refreshing. The malt is less noticeable than in the original because the earthy hops dominates everything, so I'd say it's not quite as well balanced. Still enjoyable and refreshing on a hot day.

excellent bitterness, very good golden color and it is preferable to drink it between 1 and 4 degrees, when breaking in the glass it releases a very pleasant aroma

For me the more hops a beer has, the more usually I like it...my favourite beers of all time are mostly mega hoppy American West Coast IPA's ; ) So this I will probably like doubly as much as the usual Warsteiner ; ) Hops are healthy and they help you to relax, they are from the same family as cannabis, one of the healthiest plants on the planet,
Beautiful golden colour, different from a usual pilsner, much more beautiful and it glows ; )
Hoppy Czech pilsner type aroma.
Amazing taste. Like a mainstream Czech pilsner but stronger and a bit less flowery. Slightly citrusy and orange peely. Yay I created a new word. Proper bitterness in the aftertaste. Not as fruity or apricotty as a West Coast IPA, but still an amazingly balanced pilsner that should be more common. Every boring pilsner needs double hops!
So yes, impressed.

Found this in Aldi where the shop staff told me this is a good beer and it is very close to how this is on tap in Germany. Well, this is hoppy indeed and it makes the beer enjoyable, unlike your average German lager/pilsener. It is nowhere near a Bohemian Lezák but I must admit that it is good enough - would drink it anytime again.
