550ml draft
Pours two big fingers of white head into a wheat glass. Retention is sub-par and the head fades relatively quickly. Lacing is nonexistent, probably not a rinsed glass. Body is a somewhat cloudy bronze yellow. Looks like a wheat beer.
Nose is bready, proteins, almost starchy. Smells decent, but odd for a lager.
Flavor is white cracker, bread, maybe some lemon, relatively light.
Carbonation is on the lower side. Light bodied. Pretty dry. Bitterness is low. Mouthfeel works.
Drinkability is fine.
Has the look and nose of a wheat beer (which they also have on tap), has the flavor and mouthfeel of a light lager. Really weird, could be an unfiltered rice lager I guess. I doubled checked with the bartender to make sure I ordered the right beer because I was convinced they poured me the wheat for a minute, still not 100% sure. Overall not bad, just odd.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
