From the brewery- current batch on tap as of 4/21/17- "Internet Sniper is a blend of two French oak red wine barrels with a mixed culture fermentation. We first soured the wort in our kettle prior to adding it to the barrels. We then added 60lbs of Idaho peaches to one of the barrels for a secondary fermentation. The beer comes in at 4.7% ABV and spent 10 months in the barrels."
It is a great balance of tart acidity from the kettle souring, a slight funk for barrel ageing... all which is set off nicely with the stone fruit.
