500 ml bottle into a tulip glass. Had 6/20/23.
Pours a yellow golden color, a little cloudy, with a quickly dissipating one inch foamy head and some foamy lacing. Aromas of grapes, wheat, some lemon, light funk and spices, a little black pepper. Smells a little tart and sour. Flavors of lemon, malt, grapes- more as it warms, light wheat, light funk. It’s fairly acidic, and tastes somewhat sour and lightly tart. Mostly smooth, a good lighter body, appropriately carbonated.
Interesting and enjoyable. The grapes seem subtle at first, but have a big impact. It’s more acidic than sour.
