Served from the can in a Mickey Finn's shaker pint glass.
As it turns out, Ivellios is the chief god of the D&D campaign Flouna. The more you know. Anyway, this stuff pours a rather cloudy sunset brass-amber topped by a finger of glowing off-white foam. The nose comprises orange zest, grapefruit zest, milk sugar, light passion fruit, and a hint of honey. The taste brings in more of the same, the fruits feeling more tropical, though I'm not sure I really get the pineapple advertised on the label. I mean, maybe, but there's a lot of mixed-up fruitiness going on here, so it's kinda hard to tell. Not a bad problem to have, if you ask me. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, a nice milkshake IPA, one I could see drinking again, though the pineapple would have been better served brighter, more distinctively assertive.
