Imperial stout aged in Buffalo Trace, then W.L. Weller and finished in VSOP brandy barrels – 15.1%
This is one incredible beer! Our first time releasing a triple barrel aged variant of Sleepy Bear. This was then finished with cacao nibs and vanilla. Rich, decadent and complex notes of bourbon and brandy make this beer one to be shared with your closest of friends.

Had this on tap at Werk Force. This one was very thick and creamy. Lots of chocolate cookie flavor. Very boozy. The sweetness of the chocolate is offset nicely by the booziness. This one is smoother and creamier than the OG Sleepy Bear. You get a nice touch of the brandy at the very end too.

Draught.
Pitch black, thick and viscous. Aroma has chocolate, roasted malts, bourbon and brandy. Taste has chocolate, bourbon, brandy, oak, and vanilla. Feel is medium bodied, smooth and moderately carbonated. Absolutely delicious.
