Tasting Notes: Uber Cocoa - Freshly Rolled Mint w/ Rigatoni Filter - Nilla Nilla Vanilla
Welp, we done did it. We made a delicious version of Humongous Chungus and upped the ante this year with an addition of peppermint and spearmint. Ever had coconut and mint together? Probably not, but you should. Why you may ask? Because it's god damn delicious!! We we're floored by how awesome this years special variant of Humongous Chungus turned out. Layered within fresh roasted cacao nibs and vanilla, the coconut and mint shine through as an epic pairing. Y'all gonna want to kick it with this one!

375 ml bottle into a snifter. Released 3/11/23, had 3/18/23.
Pours near black and opaque, with a brief head and light foamy lacing. Aromas of mint, chocolate, coconut, bourbon, vanilla, oak, malt. The flavors pretty much match the nose- mint, bourbon, coconut, chocolate, malt, vanilla, light oak. Smooth, a very good full body, appropriately carbonated.
The mint is prominent and really well done. The coconut, chocolate and barrels stand out and the vanilla has a strong presence. A definitely solid effort.
