B.A. Mexican Hot Chocolate Sleepy Bear – This is a blend of Sleepy Bear that was aged 34 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and 22 months in Weller wheated bourbon and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. Once extracted from the barrel we then rested this rich stout on ancho and cayenne chiles, Ceylon cinnamon sticks, Ghana cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla. This is definitely a barrel aged stout to enjoy with good company around a camp fire!
