Extremely well done. Extremely well balanced. Plenty of barrel and coffee, but in the perfect amounts of both. Roasty, malty, big and bold and boozy. Maybe the best version of the Bear series that I have had. Oach offered me a choice between this and a Tree House stout. I think I made the right choice.

L: thick, near black body; very thin khaki head
S: boozy rye & oak, coffee, cocoa, roast & char
T: complex and loaded with flavor: earthy rye, oak, caramel, vanilla, cocoa, fudge, coffee, roasted barley, charred grain
F: medium-full body, booze is warming, lower carbonation, balanced finish
O: fabulous beer! Super complex with all elements melding together nicely!
