Poured from the bottle into a pokal glass.
Light chestnut brown to hinting orange and yellow color for the body. Opaque body appearance. Off white head of about a finger, with a light faint top Puck.
Soft coriander herb, quite prominent on the nose. Dominant herbal character with a good sweetness. Light like sugars, almost brown and carmalized like but hints Belgian a little. Really nice.
Light and crispy palate with a good fruit character. Light lemon and toffee light flavor. Body is a little hinting while wet and clean, but misses chewy depth and texture. Cream like flavors, even hints at vanilla a bit on the aftertaste.
Real unique and tasty witbier.
