Our foeder-fermented Brett saison is bone dry with a cornucopia of complex funk and fruit notes, including pear, white peach, lemon and spice. 16 IBU.

At my lady Pamela's house; bottled and chilled, 750mL, from the bottle shop at Craft Heads in nearby downtown Windsor. My third beer from the Ottawa, Ontario brewery, and one of the finest I have ever had.
