A rye IPA made with 70% rye malt pink peppercorns with New Zeland green bullet hops. Strawberry and light peppery aromatics with a thick texture from the proteins in the rye.

32 oz mini growler was poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a pale orange color with good clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Frothy lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Spicy, peppery, toasted, grainy, biscuity, and pale malts.
Taste: Se as above. Nice pepper flavor. Some bitterness in the rear too.
Mouthfeel: Chewy, slight bitterness, medium bodied, and medium carbonation.
Overall: A nice rye beer. I would drink it again.
