Notes from about two weeks ago taken on my phone. I really have to say that this place has one of the best tasting rooms I have been to. Very chill environment with a great place to hang out in the back yard. Relaxing stop; highly recommended.
A- Medium golden orange body tap to snifter. Small foamy white belt forms out of a small head. A few thick sheets of lace wrap around the glass.
S/T- Fresh and dried apricot tones up front with some tart fruit flesh. Lacto is stronger in the taste than in the smell and the flavor brings on a wheaty salty base along with the fruit. A hint of floral spice.
MF- On the light side but with a foamy texture being brought on by the high level of carbonation. Fairly creamy for this style. Medium sour lactic acid lingers on the palate.
Solid base Gose with a pungent apricot aroma and stone fruit presence throughout. The lactic acid accentuates the apricots quite well.
