From the brewery:
A strong amber ale with generous portions of cherry wood smoked malt. This beer was fermented with 40 cans of delicious canned cranberry sauce.
Light amber hazy reddish color, little fizy head barely.
Nose big funk, earthy funk rubber thing, smoke, fake smoke like herbal thing, little tart fruit.
Taste herbal phenolic, fair smoke earthy thing, straight smoke, little tart fruit, sticky sweet reddish malt, hint booze, tannic. Peppery dry booze finish, more smoke, very little cranberry except a tart fruit.
Mouth med bod, little syrupy, decent carb.
