12 oz glass on tap poured into a pint glass
A: Nice ruby red bright pink body with great clarity. Head is a small creamy slightly red in nature.
S: Lots of strawberries and a little wheat with some light herbal nose to it.
T: Strawberries are upfront and then you get a mild sourness with just a hint of basil to lighten any sweetness and a little wheat taste and it finishes medium dry.
M: Light bodied easy drinking slightly dry finish a little tart but not much.
O: This beer is delicious and very easy to drink, the strawberry flavor us huge and the basil plays nicely off of it in the middle and finishes light and a little dry. This beer you could drink multiples of with no hesitation.
