Received this beer from a recent BIF I partook in. I was intrigued that the beer has sour watermelon patch kids in it. I am stoked to try this beer. A gentle pour produced a two finger bright white head. The head dissipated and left lacing on the glass. The color is SRM 12 a medium amber with a golden hue. The clarity of the beer is clear with effervescence.
The aromas in the beer are salt, toasted malt, wheat, sugar, and fruity notes.
The flavors in the beer are salt toasted malt, wheat, sugar, the sour stuff they use on the candy, fruit, and sugar.
The mouthfeel of the beer is tart and clean.
The body of the beer is light, high carbonation, and a medium finish.
Holy Moly, this beer is a Gose with Sour Watermelon Patch Kids. I am completely blown away. A tasty beer and a must try.

plenty of wheat and mellow tartness/salinity ... some slightly sweet slightly sour watermellow candies and sweet tarts dancing aorund in there. some may see this as sort of artificial or gimicky but i dont judge at all and overall its pretty enjoyable/interesting!
