We really loaded up this one, 60 gallons of beer soaked on 40lbs of toasted coconut, 25lbs toasted almonds, and a half gallon of double fold Madagascar vanilla bean extract. The aromas are huge and the flavors linger for a long smooth finish.

Bottle poured into a fluted snifter.
Black, medium body, creamy looking mocha head bubbles out into a thin collar. A few floating islands stick around for the entirety of the time I sip.
Aroma is full of toasty coconut and fudgy chocolate.
Flavor blends some sweet and bittersweet chocolate and fudge. Toasted coconut and almonds grow in intensity as it warms finalizing in a sweet and savory mix of flavors.
A bit more bubbly than expected at first but settles down into a smooth and rich bodied brew. Not syrupy, but enough mouthfeel to not feel cheated.
Great flavors, doesn't go overboard and turn this brew into a sweet mess. Rich and smooth dessert.
