16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours an opaque raspberry jam color with 2 fingers of pink-white head. Moderate retention. Leaves a nice crown of lacing around the glass.
Aromas of raspberry jam, graham cracker pie crust, and cream cheese. Yep.
The flavor is exactly as advertised: Raspberry jam, raspberry puree, cream cheese, and graham crackers.
The feel is medium bodied with moderately high carbonation. Creamy, with a crisp and dry finish.
Overall, the beer says it's made with raspberries and cheesecake and it tastes like raspberry cheesecake. Not much else to say. It's simple, but tastes pretty damn good. Definitely worth a try if you don't mind silly pastry sours.
