I had a couple of beers with jcwattsrugger on 12/26 at the Thirsty Moose in Manchester and this was one of those beers.

Cloudy. White, light gold. Small bit of lacing from the minor head.
There’s a dryness (almost like cardboard) to the smell with a possible hot pepper. There’s also a soft pale maltiness nose.
The taste mimics the smell—dry with a biting bitterness. Decent body but with a higher carbonation.
