Poured at fridge temp but allowed to warm for a solid 10 minutes in the glass. Pours a VERY thick black with almost no head. The nose is insane. Bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, marshmallow, caramel, blackberries,
The taste is equally wonderful. Vanilla, chocolate, cola, bourbon, marshmallow, light graham cracker, caramel, and a nice layer of dark fruit.
The mouthfeel is super thick and creamy. The aftertaste is chocolate, vanilla, and a bit of cola. Wonderful beer overall.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like charred marshmallows, milk chocolate, caramel, oak, leather, and coffee.
This is a little bit more barrel forward than some of the other single barrel Stay Pufts that I’ve had. It’s got leathery, caramelly, and oaky notes all over this, and help keep this from being too sweet on the marshmallow front. There’s a nice sweetness here, but not overwhelming, with some milk chocolate, coffee-like notes. This is extremely well integrated.
This is medium bodied, not super syrupy or thick, which is the usual modus operandi for Barreled Souls.
Barreled Souls pretty much always does adjunct work well here – this is still an excellent barrel aged stout at its core, with light marshmallow accents.
