This version was aged in Hemingway rye barrels for 13 months. As the producer says, it adds really nice notes of ryegrass, vanilla, raspberry, raisins, baking spices, and oak wood.

Sweet toffee and honey, spice cake, raisins and figs, and a warming rye-spicy bourbon barrel boozy nose on this one! Taste follows very closely with a medium-bodied, caramel malty and a rye and oak bourbon barrel boozy finish. This one needs a little more body to it IMO, but this is delicious!
