Milk chocolate covered nuts, a touch of caramel, marshmallow-vanilla, and a warming, but balanced bourbon barrel boozy nose on this one! Taste follows exactly with a prominent bourbon barrel boozy swallow. The only difference with the nose is that those barrels are not as "balanced" on the palate...they are large and in charge! So much so that it makes this definitely not pastry with the marshmallow fluff. This one is all about the barrels! And I'm good with that! Good stuff!
