Our end of year (2025) magnum for our Bottle Society Members is a beer we brewed for the first time a few years ago. It was created by our brewers Justin and Rob. Everyone loved it so much that we decided to brew it again. This version of Cosmic Cliffs, aged in Willett Bourbon barrels for 13 months and 16 days was then finished on vanilla beans bringing some unique rich vanilla character to the beer.
