Poured at fridge temp. Pours a super thick black with a little bit of brown head. The nose is splendid. Loads of vanilla, bourbon, graham cracker, caramel, brown sugar, malts, gingerbread cookies, and some vanilla ice cream.
The taste is fantastic. Vanilla, marshmallow, bourbon, cinnamon, gingerbread, cake batter, maple, milk chocolate, and molasses. Lovely.
The mouthfeel is medium to thick bodied, with a sweet maple candy aftertaste.
