This Belgian Style Witbier quite thirst quenching, complemented by a nice bready malt backbone from the high percentage of wheat used. The addition of lemongrass and coriander lends to the style to make this a perfect warm weather beer.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, opaque, corn yellow coloring with a foamy, clingy, white head. Nose of banana, lemon grass, and subtle clove spice. Flavors are grassy and lemon sweet forward, with a banana backbone, hints of clove, and a bready character. Light and smooth, with an herbal and banana sweet aftertaste. Smooth finish, with fruit and herbal lingering notes. Solid Wit.
