Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a slightly hazed, bright gold coloring, with a clingy, bright, white head. Nose of bright citrus and piney hops, with a subtle caramel and cracker backbone. Flavors are piney and subtle citrus sweet forward, with grapefruit and lemon zest most noticeable. Grassy, with some roasted highlights. Smooth, robust bodied, with a roasted and grassy aftertaste. Smooth, slightly dry finish. Solid brew.
