A: Pours a lightly hazy medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a half finger tall sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering the majority of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of floral jasmine over the top of light aromas of pale malts and Belgian yeast. Hints of earthy green tea.
T: Upfront there is a light flavor of pale malts with a hint of sweetness and a moderate flavor of floral jasmine. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of Belgian yeast and a light flavor of slightly earthy green tea. Hints of floral jasmine linger through the finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Hints of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink and enjoyable with a very pleasant jasmine flavor that would pair well with asian food.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has some hues of amber. It poured with a short off white head that hardly died down.
S: Moderate aromas of green tea are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of green tea along with hints of jasmine.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked the aromas and flavors of green tea in this beer—it really reminds me of eating green tea ice cream in Chinatown.
