This beer began as a traditionally brewed Belgian-style Tripel. We then aged it on new American White Oak for 8 months. What developed were notes of vanilla, wood, malty sweetness, balanced with earth and slight spice from the Belgian yeast strain. Drink this beer now, it may never exist again!
