Dark brown to black colored body. Two fingers of tan colored head, and this retreats to an interrupted cap and full ring. Leaves behind scattered lacing spots.
Aroma is immediately dark roast coffee and then some chocolate bits.
Taste is vanilla sweet and dark roast coffee bitter. Flavors are at first sweet and light, and then the bitter coffee takes over. Chocolate, caramel, and vanilla, and then coffee slams the door. Malty and dark roast coffee in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth texture, slightly creamy, with a dry finish. Coffee bitterness is persistent. Good carbonation.
Coffee rules the nose and the taste.
