Pleasant and fairly straightforward saison in a sort of Hill Farmstead-light mold. Big Chardonnay notes in the aroma but a more subdued winey note on the palate. Alternately lightly sweet and bitter, grassy and modestly funky, mellow lemon tartness. Soft feel with maybe just a tad under carbonation, thankfully not a fizz-bomb but felt a wee bit too still for the style, could have used a bit more life on the tongue. A simple tasty and refreshing beer.

After a long hot and humid day by the pool I need a nice light but tasty beer. Not looking for an 8% Double IPA! This totally fit the bill. It hit perfect and was a great refreshing way to end my day.
