Pours a clear yellow with fine, sopay head.
Smell is tart and citrusy with hints of banana and wheat.
Taste is mildly tart over a biscuity base. Notes of banana, citrus and some yeastiness. Tastes like a tart Hefeweissen. Very drinkable and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very refreshing tart farmhouse beer.
