22oz bottle served in a large mug. I don't see a date on it. @mr-jj gave it to me.
Pours a hazy amber/orange with a big fluffy creamy head and moderate carbonation. Retention is impressive. Smell is mildly citrus, a little biscuit, more floral and pine.
Taste is dominated by piney bitterness. There's a short little flash of maybe floral sweetness before it gets drowned out.
Mouthfeel is thick and smooth. Overall, it's a decent beer, overbalanced toward bitter.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a lightly hazy, medium golden amber with a half finger white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of pale and lightly caramel malt, citrus and dank hops, orange family citrus, a little tropical fruit. Flavor is pale malt with light caramel, resinous citrus and lightly dank hops, lemon and grapefruit rind, orange, a hint of pine. Finishes quite resinous and citrusy. Medium bodied with nice light creaminess. Unusually citrusy for a resinous profile hopped ale. The malt may be just a bit light to support the aggressive hopping, but the hops are herbal and interesting and the finish full bodied and flavorful with herbal hop flavors. I really like the IPAs from this brewery and this one is no exception.

A cloudy, orange brew with a bubbly, orange cream head. Lots of lacing on the side of my glass. The aroma is tangerine and light citrus. Hints of caramel malt, fruit, and herbs. Juicy flavor, with both fruit and citrus. Also a big hops kick with some pine, grass, & grapefruit. Smooth enough for me with a caramel and bread malt base. Resinous mouthfeel and hoppy, bitter aftertaste. An excellent DIPA in my opinion.
