Straw with a light haze and three fingers of yellowish head.
Smells of coriander and lemon juice, with hints of dusty cellar.
The taste follows the nose.
Very light body with moderate carbonation.
I got this in Seattle and I’m drinking in Redding California October 18, 2019.

Can from Market of Choice. Brewed with Biere de Garde? But how?
A hazy light orange with a large and dense white head with great retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is earthy, grainy and with a mild Brett expression. Spicy with white pepper,a little clove and a blend of sherry and honey. The palate opens mildly sweet with honey, a little sugar and cotton candy to go with a mild straw and hay note. There's also some pineapple, clove and a little earth. Unlike the better beers in this style, the Brett hasn't had a chance to fully express it's depth; there isn't a delicate bitterness to complement the funk and minimal hop character. There is a mild Biere de Garde note, with a noticeably doughy note in the mid palate. Drying, watery on the finish, this beer is light in body and crisply carbonated. Arguably disappointing, I really wanted to love this beer given the $10/4pack price point.
