Poured a lovely pinkish from the raspberry, fluffy three finger head. Slow break.
Smell was raspberry and then the aspects of a Saison. Yeast, spices and a bit of funk.
Taste was muted, likely from the fact this was about 8 months old and was labeled "drink fresh". That being said, I got the raspberry right off the bat, and then the flavors sort of faded into a watery Saison. Not much jumped out.
Feel was light with very active carbonation. Dry finish.
I wish I could have had this fresher, because I think it would have scored much better. It's not a bad beer, but I think age is not it's friend.
